Privacy

Privacy policy

The short version: analytics is opt-in, we don't send personal details to analytics, and anything you share with us directly is used to reply to you - nothing else.

Analytics is opt-in

If you accept analytics on a public page, we use Google Analytics to count page visits and clicks on inquiry and community-request buttons. Analytics is loaded only after you click Accept - before that, nothing is measured.

We never send names, email addresses or form answers to analytics, and private member pages are excluded.

Cookies and browser storage

We store your analytics choice in your own browser, so you aren't asked on every visit. Declining or clearing your browser storage turns analytics off.

If you accept analytics, Google may set its own cookies to measure traffic. We don't run advertising cookies.

Inquiries and The Wild Ambition Letter

When you send an inquiry or subscribe to The Wild Ambition Letter, we receive the details you give us - typically your name, email and message - and use them to reply to you or send the letters you asked for.

We don't sell or share those details, and they aren't publicly readable.

Membership and payments

Membership needs no approval. Account and membership details are used to provide your membership; member profiles are visible only within the community. Card details go directly to our payment provider, not to Wild Ambition. We store payment and retreat approval status to manage membership, bookings and refunds.

Your choices

You can change your analytics choice at any time with the Privacy choices button on public pages. To request a copy or deletion of the details you've shared with us, email us and we'll take care of it.
