The Wild Collective
Join The Wild Collective.
There are three memberships: Trailhead (free), Trail Circle and Trail Guide. Pick the one that fits, then tell us a little about yourself. No membership approval or joining call is needed. Trailhead is free; paid memberships activate after payment. All prices are in USD.
Before you join, ask yourself
Take a moment to consider what you want from the community.
- Am I building something — a company, a career move, a next chapter?
- Will I say the real version at the fire, not the LinkedIn version?
- Can I walk uphill for two hours with breaks?
- Will I bring what I know, not just take what's offered?
- Do I want a few women I'd call at 11pm, built on a trail instead of a panel?
- Am I running toward something, not away from it?
- Will I show up — between the gatherings, not only at them?
If that fits, choose your membership and join.

Three memberships.
Trailhead is free. Trail Circle and Trail Guide are paid memberships with more together time. Choose one of the three below and the signup form opens.
Annual membership is paid in full upfront. The same monthly benefits apply; retreat costs remain separate.
Every call and every fire runs under the Chatham House Rule: use what you hear, never who said it.
Your monthly 1:1 session
- Your Trail Guide membership includes one private, 30-minute session with Debra each membership month.
- You choose your session from the available appointments after your Trail Guide membership is paid; asking about a session does not create a booking.
- Appointments are shown in your own time zone, and we confirm the format and details with you before your session.
- Each session is virtual or in person doing an adventure activity. In person is local to Denver and the Colorado high country, or we travel to you anywhere; travel arrangements and costs are agreed before booking.
- You can move a session within the same membership month with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice or not showing up counts as that month's session; we consider exceptions for emergencies.
- A session ends at its scheduled time, so arriving late shortens it.
- Sessions do not roll over automatically; if we cannot offer you an appointment, your session carries forward.
- If we cancel a session, it remains available and we arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Retreat costs are separate.
Membership does not pay for a retreat. Nicaragua is $4,500 and Colorado is $3,000 per woman, all-inclusive except flights. A $500 deposit holds your spot. For Nicaragua, the balance splits over monthly payments; for Colorado, the full balance is due when you book.
Retreat priority is access to the member booking window, not an unlimited place: capacity and the ordered waitlist still apply. Membership needs no approval. Retreats require a call and approval; a declined application receives a full deposit refund. Paid individual sessions are separate.
What we're building
Clarity on what's next
Space, distance, and the right questions - so you leave with a direction, not just a good week.
A group that tells the truth
Not contacts. Not a network. Women who heard the real version and stayed.
A definition of success that's yours
Not your industry's. Not your family's. Not LinkedIn's. Yours.
